Grand Duke - What does it mean in BAZI 4 pillars of Destiny birth chart analysis?

The Grand Duke, called "Tai-sui " in Chinese, takes its name from the planet Jupiter planet.

It is a 12-unit repetitive constellation. It denotes the planet Jupiter's natal planetary position. In Chinese astrology, we speak of Grand Duke placement when the animal symbol in the Earthly Branch of the given year comes again after 12 years.

The planet Jupiter makes its orbit around the Sun every 12 years. However, not only the year, but every 12 months the animal symbol of the Month Pillar repeats itself, as does the Day Pillar every 12 days. The hour pillar also repeats every 12 hours. So we are talking about the Grand Duke when any of the animals in the 4 pillars of your birth chart arrive in transit. This can arrive in a given year and depending on the order of our animals in the chart, a significant event can arrive in different years.
Obviously, we can talk about a Grand Duke year, month, even day and hour, but of course the strong and meaningful effect is more likely to be interpreted when the yearly transit arrives.

Grand Duke has no effect within a chart, it can only come in external time transits, so it affects everyone in the same way. Grand Duke, if visits us in transit,

is considered by traditional astrology to be a very auspicious constellation, even for those with major illnesses.
